Sintra, November 28: The transfer of responsibilities from the European Defence Agency to the member states of the Multinational Helicopter Training Center, held at the Sintra Air Base, at the invitation of the Portuguese Minister of Defense Helena Carreiras, was attended by the Charge d'Affaires of the Ministry of Defense, Predrag Bandić, a delegation from the Air Force and Air Defence, led by Brigadier General Gordana Pavlović, and Ambassador Ana Ilić.

The Multinational Helicopter Training Center is the result of the work of a Project Team under the auspices of the European Defence Agency, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia since 2018. Thus, Serbia, along with European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia, and Portugal), is classified as a founder of this Multinational Center, representing the most significant realization of our cooperation with the European Defence Agency.
